The mission of The 1000 Young Men Success Conference is to inspire 1000 young men to stay in school, plan for success and graduate on time by providing information to contribute to their educational, moral and citizenship success. 

The 1000 Young Men Success Conference Objectives:

1. To inspire young men to set professional goals by providing positive images of successful male role models in their respective fields.
   
2. To motivate by positive speeches from males in the areas of education, moral values and civic responsibility.
   
3. To encourage educational success by providing the book, The 7 Winning Ways to College Success:  From High School to College Graduate to 1000 young men.
   
4. To attract and signup adult males to be mentors.
